Personal Assistant to Managing Principal

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support company Managing Principal in both professional and personal matters. This is a hybrid role based in Pattaya City, Thailand, requiring flexibility to handle a mix of business-related coordination and personal errands. You will act as a trusted right hand to the Managing Principal, ensuring smooth daily operations, handling communications, and assisting with day-to-day tasks both remotely and on-site when required. This role requires excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher), strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, international environment. Ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the company Managing Principal with a large variety of administrative and personal duties related to work and personal matters.
  • Reminding about all important things to the company Managing Principal.
  • Booking restaurants, events, or services.
  • Running errands locally (shopping, deliveries, reservations).
  • Managing personal appointments.
  • Making sure nothing is missed.
  • Handling sensitive business and personal information.
  • Managing private matters discreetly.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Excellent (C1) written and verbal English skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc.).
  • Good knowledge of the city and surroundings, able to travel locally, run errands independently.
  • Driving license is not a mandatory, but is advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize well (your managers priorities are your priorities).
  • Strong organizational, time management and communication skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Stress resistance.

This engagement is strictly as an independent contractor. You will not be eligible for any employee benefits, and we will not withhold taxes, provide insurance(s), or make contributions to social security/pensions on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with all tax and labor obligations in your country of residence. A formal independent contractor agreement will be required before work begins, governed by Texas, United States law.
