You will work closely with MEP engineers and designers, architects, structural engineers, BIM specialists, project managers, and trade partners to produce coordinated, constructible design information.
  • Success in this role requires advanced Autodesk Revit and Revizto software expertise, practical knowledge of MEP systems, strong spatial coordination skills, and experience delivering complex data center or other mission-critical facility projects in a collaborative BIM environment.

What We Offer:
  • Experience in a high-tech industry completing work for an international company.
  • Unique, cutting-edge data center projects.
  • Dynamic work partnering with a team of professionals focused on engineering.
  • Competitive hourly rate.
  • Ability to collaborate remotely.
  • Supportive dynamic environment.
  • English classes made available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate federated BIM models across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, architectural, and structural disciplines for data center projects.
  • Perform 3D clash detection, spatial coordination, and interference analysis using Navisworks, Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or comparable platforms.
  • Plan and facilitate regular MEP coordination meetings, assign issues to responsible parties, and document agreed resolutions and due dates.
  • Create, maintain, and track clash reports, coordination logs, model health reports, and issue dashboards through closure.
  • Review equipment layouts, routing, penetrations, access zones, service clearances, ceiling spaces, and plantroom arrangements for constructability and maintainability.
  • Verify that discipline models comply with the BIM Execution Plan, project coordinates, naming conventions, approved Revit templates, model segmentation, and file exchange requirements.
  • Review model geometry and data for the required Level of Development and Level of Information, including system classifications, parameters, equipment data, and asset information.
  • Coordinate major data center systems, including HVAC and cooling, hydronic and plumbing networks, electrical distribution, containment, fire protection, controls, and related equipment interfaces.
  • Support the production and review of coordinated drawings, installation information, schedules, and model-based deliverables at each project stage.
  • Work with design and construction teams to resolve coordination-related RFIs, design changes, field constraints, and model discrepancies.
  • Manage model exchange, publishing, version control, and issue workflows in Autodesk Construction Cloud and other project collaboration environments.
  • Contribute to BIM quality assurance, coordination standards, Revit content, templates, and continuous improvement of digital delivery processes.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline.
